Nasir’s Kariali

I’m not sure of the spelling of “Karial” but due to the fact it seems to be a region in Pakistan, I’m going to run with it.

  • small amount of natural yoghurt
  • chilli-powder
  • pepper
  • coriander

Marinate chicken with this concoction for 6-10 hours and then grill slowly.

    I think you are talking about Indian in this post but I would like to dicuss how delightful Greek food is, such as the delightful arrangement of Greek delights I tasted this evening at West End. Yum. The bar Chalk also provided me with plenty of delightful and unexpected pleasures to follow the meal.
