I was looking for some kind of official repository, and I think there should be one, or at least if there aren't sufficient amount of stencils, Pencil Project could provide some extra stencils at their download page, just below the program itself. As in some applications sites that have the aplication to download, modules, languages... in the same page. Feel your concern.
