Having a large amount of data can be a blessing and a curse. Initially our approach is to take stock of data as a whole while we gain an understanding of the business. . We look at the positives and negatives in that data. We identify overperformance & underperformance.
These learning then lead us to work with each business to develop some key metrics. These key metrics relate to actual business performance, these may be leads generated, sales made, revenue or anything else that is measurable and important.
The key to using metrics to drive business outcomes is setting goals. These goals need to not only focus on actual business goals (sales, revenue, profit) but other factors which have indirect benefits.

We work with you to implement the strategy. This includes technical assistance and training of staff. We ensure that the instrumentation and analytics are in place and we use the metrics and analytics to define success and failure.
