I’m not sure of the spelling of “Karial” but due to the fact it seems to be a region in Pakistan, I’m going to run with it.

Marinate chicken with this concoction for 6-10 hours and then grill slowly.

Chicken breast fillet grilled, on toasted multigrain bread, with fried capsicum, mushroom and bacon. All topped off with a touch of dijonnaise. Delicious.
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- Shallots (chopped) 4-5 tblspoons
- Sesame Seeds 2 Tblsp
- sesame oil 2 tblsp
- garlic (minced) 1 tblsp
- sugar 1 tblsp
- Vinegar 1/2-1 tblsp
- a pinch of chillipowder
To be used as dipping sauce
