Nasir’s Kariali

I’m not sure of the spelling of “Karial” but due to the fact it seems to be a region in Pakistan, I’m going to run with it.

  • small amount of natural yoghurt
  • chilli-powder
  • pepper
  • coriander

Marinate chicken with this concoction for 6-10 hours and then grill slowly.

Dinner Tonight

I’m so impressed with the dinner I cooked for myself tonight I’m going to post it here.

Chicken breast fillet grilled, on toasted multigrain bread, with fried capsicum, mushroom and bacon. All topped off with a touch of dijonnaise. Delicious.
