I’m not sure of the spelling of “Karial” but due to the fact it seems to be a region in Pakistan, I’m going to run with it.

small amount of natural yoghurt
chilli-powder
pepper
coriander

Marinate chicken with this concoction for 6-10 hours and then grill slowly.


Dinner Tonight

I’m so impressed with the dinner I cooked for myself tonight I’m going to post it here.
Chicken breast fillet grilled, on toasted multigrain bread, with fried capsicum, mushroom and bacon. All topped off with a touch of dijonnaise. Delicious.


Yuhi’s Korean Sauce Recipe

1/2 cup soy sauce
Shallots (chopped) 4-5 tblspoons
Sesame Seeds 2 Tblsp
sesame oil 2 tblsp
garlic (minced) 1 tblsp
sugar 1 tblsp
Vinegar 1/2-1 tblsp
a pinch of chillipowder

To be used as dipping sauce

Boil it all together

2 chopped onions
3/4cup vinegar
3/4cup water
190gms crunchy peanut butter
1/3 jar tomato relish or chutney
1 tsp curry
1 tsp mustard
1tblsp brown sugar
soy sauce
